Adam's passion for thrilling cinema promotion started early: at age 13 he established his high school's first ever Sci-Fi & Fantasy Film Club. Five years, 100 members, and dozens of screenings later, Adam moved onto university where he specialized in marketing. Since university, Adam continues to pursue his dual passions of thrilling cinema and marketing. He has worked for major corporate clients at advertising agencies JWT and Ogilvy, taught marketing at Toronto's Ryerson University and prestigious Schulich School of Business, and completed two thrilling short films: Sunday Night Zombies and the The Jedi Who Loved Me. The latter, which Adam wrote, co-directed and starred in, has played at seven film festivals in five countries and was voted best fan film at Sci-Fi London.
Todd is the founder and editor of Twitchfilm.Net, one of the world's premier news sources for international thrilling and cult films, with half a million unique visitors each month. A devoted film junkie, Todd consumes media at an alarming rate, including up to three feature films every night, with current fixations resting in Asia, Russia and Scandinavia. Todd also acts as a programming consultant for a number of international film festivals including Montreal's thrilling Fantasia Film Festival.
David brings a passion for cutting edge cinema to the festival, thanks his previous years of managing a branch of Toronto's award-winning independent video store, Queen Video. Via his promotion company Daniloff Productions, David also provides valuable expertise to the festival in organizing special events involving film directors, producers, actors and music artists. His past coups include producing appearances at Rue Morgue's Festival of Fear by cult-filmmakers Alejandro Jodorowsky (El Topo, Sante Sangre) and Crispin Glover (Back to the Future, Wild at Heart, Willard).You can contact us by clicking here.
