Synopsis
Recent found footage films like CLOVERFIELD and [REC] have taken their scares from unnatural horrors. But in the latest shocker from the same people who you brought you last year’s Ketchum adaptation THE GIRL NEXT DOOR, it’s what two kids get up to in their own family, that will frighten you. In HOME MOVIE we follow a year in the life of the Poe family, who’ve just moved out to the country, as recorded on camera by an excitable Dad (HEROES’ Adrian Pasdar), Mom and two eerily quiet 10-year old twins. Little by little, events are captured on camera that indicate that the Poes’ children are becoming evil right in front of their parents’ eyes, leading to a genuinely shocking finale.
