Synopsis
The Big War has come and gone, the widespread use of chemical and biological weapons transforming the surface of the earth into a vicious, hostile environment, forcing what few survivors that remain to live a desperate life foraging for canned goods in underground shelters. Those contaminated by the poisons on the surface are doomed to transform into mindless, highly contagious, zombie-like creatures known simply as Strangers. And as if protecting themselves from the Strangers wasn’t difficult enough there was also the threat posed by the Invisibles, alien creatures that roam the halls at night bringing waves of frigid cold with them. THE DARK HOUR is an undiscovered gem of a picture that fuses action, horror and sci-fi elements into a single brilliant whole.
