In 1975, the unexplained, apparently supernatural events that took place over a month at the Lutz family home in Amityville, New York, sparked a media frenzy, that would lead to a series of best-selling books, magazines, TV specials and of course the famed AMITYVILLE horror movie franchise. But while the parents from the house cashed in on their paranormal fame up until their recent deaths, no-one has ever heard in any detail from any of the Lutz’s children and what it was like for them to grow up in the dark shadow of a world-famous haunting.

Daniel Lutz was just 8 years old, when the alleged paranormal events began. He has remained silent for almost 40 years about what he saw and experienced in the Amityville house until now. This chilling and revealing new documentary follows Daniel as he finally returns to the scene of his childhood home and shares in disturbing detail, the nightmare of what really took place at 112 Ocean Avenue.
